✔ Students are placed according to their age as on 31st August, in compliance with Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) regulations.*
✔ A transfer certificate from the child’s previous school is mandatory for enrolment.

✔ Pay the application fee.
✔ A one-time application fee of AED 500 (AED 525 inclusive of VAT) is required to process applications and book assessments.
✔ This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
✔ Once the application fee is received, our Admissions Team will contact you to schedule your child’s assessment.
✔ The purpose of the assessment is to develop a complete and rounded picture of your child, their talents, interests and learning style. This helps us support, challenge and inspire them from the start of their Queen Elizabeth’s School, Dubai Sports City journey.
✔ For international applicants, the Admissions Team will be in touch to arrange and confirm assessment procedures.
✔ A reference will be requested from the current school for all applicants.

Once placement is confirmed and fees are paid, parents must complete the mandatory KHDA formalities which include:
Providing a transfer certificate from the child’s currrent school.
Reviewing and signing the KHDA Parent-School Contract through the KHDA Parent Portal.
A re-registration fee must be paid annually to secure your child’s place.
Parents must provide written notice at least one full term in advance of the withdrawal date.
Leaving certificates
Ministry of Education regulations state that the School reserves the right to withold leaving/transfer certificates, assessments/school reports and final results until all school fees have been settled students transferring within Dubai or internationally.
